The Berkshire Hills Country Club has been governed by a dual Board structure since 1949. This
structure was a direct result of the club being denied a liquor license. In view of it's for
"profit Corporate structure", a non-for-profit "Operating Corporation, Berkshire Hills C.C., Inc."
was created.
2004 Holding Corporation Board of Directors
The Holding Corporation (Board), Berkshire Hills Country Club, Inc. controls the fixed assets of the club.
The Holding Board is responsible for projects, new designs, new constructions, renovations, and major repairs.
They are also accountable for the actual structures, budgets and planning of all future projects. They
welcome questions, comments or concerns.

2004 Operating Corporation Board of Directors
The Operating Corporation (Board) generates income to maintain the country club. It is responsible
for daily operation of the country club, including the bar, the restaurant, golf course, tournaments,
social functions, membership dues, and the hiring of personnel for the country club.
Each member of the Operating Board has been assigned a specific aspect of the club for which he/she
are responsible, for example, The Pool, The Bar Chairman, The House. We hope that you do not
experience any difficulties with our facilities, but if you do, please contact the appropriate
chairperson list at the entrance to the club house. Once you have determined the Operating Board
member who is in charge of that area, please consult with that person to resolve any issues that you
may have.

2004 Woman's Executive Committee
The Woman's Executive Committee was formed to manage all woman's activities at the club not handled
by the Operating Board. These include but are not limited to opening and closing diners and
woman's tournaments. The board members are volunteers and serve three years. These members names
and contact information may be found in the Woman's Locker Room.
