Mark was a longtime member of Berkshire Hills Country Club since his retirement from baseball.  He played 15 of his 16 years in major league baseball with the Baltimore Orioles.  Mark passed away in October, 1998 from lung cancer.

The tournament is scheduled for June 6th.  The format is two ball best ball gross and net.  No mixed teams.  Entry forms will be available at BHCC or here near the end of May.  The fee is $80 per team including a dinner Friday Evening.

A raffle is held with great prizes including tickets to major league baseball games, baseball memorabilia and many other prizes

The money raised for the tournament is donated to ALCASE ( Alliance for lung cancer) and a $500 scholarship is given to a Pittsfield High School athlete.
